In Her Boots is a network created to gather employers in the construction industry that all believe in one common thing – Equity. When finding a job through here, everyone can be confident that they will be appropriately accommodated to their needs and respected regardless of their gender.
With just the help of the search bar, users can find a variety of different trades. Furthermore, they may filter their search according to their area and whether they offer apprenticeships or willing to train. In the Workwear & PPE, you will find short blogs and reviews on brands that offer a diverse selection of products according to the workers needs.
However, why stop there? In Her Boots is the perfect place for any client looking for a professional and respectful business for any project.
By bringing this community together, we believe that this is the next step on making a difference in the industry. Not only by pushing for women’s rights, but also by filling the growing staff shortage that many businesses struggle with.
